The Strung Out Trio is Duo46 and Pianist Nathanael May. Established while on faculty at Eastern Mediterranean University on the island of Cyprus in 2002, the SOT has commissioned over a dozen compositions for Violin, Guitar and Piano trio by composers Scott Brickman, John Carollo, Carson Cooman, Neil Flory, Jeffrey Hoover, Brian Hulse, Anthony Joseph Lanman, Ed Mascari, Darleen Mitchell, Paul Richards, Justin Rubin, Richard Schaefer and Russell Sarre.
